<正>骨髓抑制是传统化疗药物引起的最常见的血液学毒性,新型抗肿瘤药物如靶向、免疫药物亦可引起,临床表现为外周血细胞数量减少,包括中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少和血红蛋白降低(贫血),三者可以单独出现,也可相互兼夹,通常发生在抗肿瘤药物治疗后。80%以上的化疗药物能导致骨髓抑制[1],以中性粒细胞、血小板减少为主,化疗相关性贫血的发生率约为70%~90%[2]。
